Katie Rees ex Miss Nevada Stays Out Of Jail
| We told you back in February here that Katie Rees, controversial ex Miss Nevada, had been arrested for traffic offences and assaulting a police officer. She won't be going to jail as she pleaded no contest to the list of traffic violations but she did end up with a $1,000+ fines instead. She could have gone inside for six months so she must be relieved. The photo? This was why she was stripped of the Miss Nevada title. She had a good time at a party in Tampa but the action was caught on camera - a definite no no if you want to keep a Miss. Something-Or-Other title. Katie Rees ex Miss Nevada Arrested
| Katie Rees a controversial ex Miss Nevada was arrested on traffic offences. Katherine (Katie) Rees, aged 23, was held at Clark County jail for about 12 hours. She was stopped while driving at 3am on Wednesday. Police claim she became physically aggressive towards a police officer. Her lawyer counterclaims that police 'used aggression against her.' Katie was released without bail and is due to appear in Las Vegas Justice Court on March 8th.  Regarding the Miss Nevada controversy she was stripped of the title following photos appearing on the Internet of her kissing other girls and in a state of undress while at a party in Tampa.
