Chanelle Hayes Has A String Of Plastic Surgeons!
 The publicity addict Chanelle Hayes wants the world to know that she has a 'string of surgeons lining up to give her Page 3 style boobs.' What can you possibly add to that?It seems that Chanelle wants to go from a 32B to a 32D. She says, "I've dreamed about it for most of my life but never really had the guts or the money to go through with it." She won't have any problems now though. She's got the cash but reckons, "I have been approached by quite a few different surgeons who all want to give me a boob job for free." And what does the man in her life, Ziggy Lichman, think about all of this? Well he's not too bothered if she does or doesn't. Ziggy said, "She has got an amazing figure and my attitude is that if it's not broken there's no need to fix it. If it makes her happy then okay, but I don't want her to think that she has to have surgery to be sexier because she's gorgeous as she is." Ahhhh!  Whatever she decides it'll have to wait for a while because she has first to have an operation to remove a cyst from her ovary - which is necessary.If she does get her wish of 32D's she hints that she might just be willing to show them off. Oh well, just another celeb to add to the list who do - if the money is right, of course.
