| Amy Winehouse It seems that Amy Winehouse will have to appear in a Norwegian court for cannabis possession. This follows her October night in police cells in Bergen. Mitch Winehouse, her father, claims that the drugs in question did not belong to Amy.  Mischa BartonThe actress Mischa Barton was arrested on suspicion of drink driving. Mischa was held in custody for nearly seven hours in West Hollywood. An official police report stated, "During Ms Barton's detention, it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage." A court hearing will be on February 28. Pete Doherty Pete Doherty has been accused of stealing a tune from another musician and failing to credit the writer. Wayne Kenyon claims Baddie's Boogie is based on something he wrote back in 1977. Appropriate action may be taken. Jessica Alba As we know, Jessica Alba is pregnant. She has now confirmed that she is engaged to the father of her child to be. The lucky man is producer Cash Warren. Her publicist also confirms the engagement.  Rebecca De MornayYet another one! Rebecca De Mornay has been charged by the LA District Attorney's office with two counts of misdemeanor of driving under the influence - she was initially arrested on October 30. At the time her blood alcohol level was .09, which is just above the legal level. Sean Penn It has been reported that Sean Penn and his wife of eleven years, Robin Wright Penn, are getting divorced. They have two children and married in 1996. Alex Cooper Liverpool football club have signed Alex Cooper from Ross County for a $100,000 fee. Alex is just 16 and is the son of former Aberdeen player Neale Cooper. He has been capped by Scotland Under 16's and several clubs were watching him.
