 Adele19 year old Adele has gone straight to the top of the UK album chart with her debut album appropriately called 19. Beatles Music by the Beatles is about to be beamed out into outer space. This will mark the 40th anniversary of their peace anthem Across the Universe. So all of you little green men readers get ready to listen. According to NASA the transmission will be aimed at the North Star, Polaris, which is a mere 431 light years from earth. This will all happen today at midnight GMT, 7pm U.S Eastern Time and 6pm Central Time. Any Beatles fans can watch the event on the website Across The Universe Day. Britney Spears The troubled Britney Spears is to remain in the UCLA Medical Center for up to 14 more days. She could, however, leave prior to this if she legally demands to do so or if her doctor considers her to be suitable to continue her treatment as an outpatient.  Katharine McPheeThe former American Idol contestant Katharine McPhee has married 42 year old boyfriend Nick Cokas in Los Angeles on Saturday. She is 23. Edison Chen Photographs of Hong Kong actor Edison Chen have been stolen from his computer. It is alleged that the photos show him in bed with singer Gillian Chung and that there are also suggestive photos of actress Cecilia Cheung. Hong Kong's Ming Pao newspaper stated, "A person in the shop found hidden inside (Chen's) computer, confidential nude pictures of naked female stars, which were then secretly copied." The computer had been taken to the shop concerned for a service. Grateful Dead It's reported that the Grateful Dead are to reunite for a concert to rally support for Democratic presidential candidate Barrack Obama. Aggie MacKenzie What a relief. Aggie MacKenzie was voted out of the UK's Dancing On Ice show. She was ranked bottom by the judges - which was perfectly reasonable as she fell and looked very wobbly when skating. Aggie said, "I'm glad it's all over, I don't think my nerves could have taken much more." It's a relief for viewers as well.
