Lindsay Lohan & Charles Manson Conflicting Stories
 There are conflicting reports as to why Lindsay Lohan will no longer star in the Upcoming movie about Charles Manson. She had been earmarked for the part if Nancy Pittman, a member of Manson's so called 'family'.The initial story was that she was axed from the film because studio bosses feared she had returned to her partying ways. Others (including Perez Hilton) also added that she went as the same bosses were finding it difficult to sign other major stars because of Lindsay's presence. But, "No," says her spokesperson this isn't true. What happened was that Lindsay Lohan passed up the role because she accepted two other offers instead. One being a guest in the television show Ugly Betty. Lindsay was interested in the Manson role but, according to Leslie Sloane, "Unfortunately (the Manson movie) didn't come together quickly enough, and she was offered other roles, which she accepted and is looking forward to doing." It's said that the producers 'failed to put money into escrow in time to hold Lohan's availability.' This left her free to take on other work. So you pay your money and you take your choice.
