Charlize Theron Gets Her Knickers In a Twist
 Charlize Theron has been getting her knickers in a twist about fame hungry celebrities. She reckons their attitude is 'ugly' when they court the tabloids and paparazzi. Part of what she said was in GQ Magazine: "It comes across as this really sad need for approval. I've heard people make comments like, 'You don't really want to be in the tabloids but you need to be for your career'. They believe it's actually important. It's not. It's ugly." She continued, "People say, 'That's your job.' It really isn't, actually. It's not my job to go out there and make an ass out of myself." And as for celebs who tell all about their personal lives: "Like, your life belongs to us now? That's the deal? I didn't get that memo. It wasn't sent to me and I didn't sign it. So, f**k you." I think we get the message - but why did Charlize Theron bother to get all of this in print to a magazine? Surely not to get noticed or for publicity, heaven forbid. Labels: Charlize Theron |
