Hats And Knickers For Zara Phillips And Princess Eugenie
  They call it Royal Ascot and the hats came out yesterday for the younger royals in the news. It was Day One and in the photo we see Zara Phillips plus whatever that is on her head.Zara Phillips and also Princess Eugenie stuck to the new strict Ascot dress code whereby girls mustn't flash too much skin and also have to wear knickers! Does someone check? Princess Eugenie, who's been a bit naughty recently by dancing in the nude, also had an interesting growth on her head - photo right - plus she just about got away with the dress length code.
