Blake Fielder-Civil Appeal Rejected At High Court
 Breaking News 12.10pm Nov 24 08:Blake Fielder-Civil, husband of Amy Winehouse, has lost his High Court appeal against his 27 month sentence for his part in attacking a pub landlord. Two judges rejected his legal challenge at the Court of Appeal in London today. Fielder-Civil said afterwards, "I am disappointed but not really surprised." He is at present on parole, which was on condition that he went to a drug rehabilitation centre. Personally I think he should have stayed inside for his full 27 month sentence and think himself lucky that was all he got. Ad: Adult Friends.
