Miley Cyrus In 4" High Heels And A Short Dress
 London teenyboppers were out en masse as a very grown up looking Miley Cyrus, in 4" heels, turned up for the premiere of her film Hannah Montana at the Odeon in the West End of England's capital.Her thigh skimming sparkly dress had older viewers actually giving wolf whistles, while the teenyboppers had palpitations. Good old dad, achy breaky Billy Ray Cyrus, was only feet away to protect her - well, whatever needed protecting. Miley Cyrus always stresses that she's a good Christian girl who wants to keep her virginity until she marries - but didn't Britney used to say that as well? It is, after all, the Disney way.
