Secret Diary of a Call Girl and Billie Piper
 It seems that the television series Secret Diary of a Call Girl hasn't gone down too well in America, though most critics seem to approve of Billie Piper who plays Belle.The Daily News wrote, "While the fact she's a well-dressed escort may get some initial attention, our shock over her naughty confessions isn't enough to hold us for eight episodes." The series from the UK is based on the blog Belle de Jour: Diary of a London Call Girl and has some quite racy scenes. The blog has since given rise to two books which have been published both in the UK and the USA. The photos show Billie Piper 'in action' in the series. Billie Piper Becomes A Worldwide Hit
| Billie Piper has become something of a worldwide success following her starring role in the UK television programme The Secret Diary Of A Call girl based on the blog created by Belle de Jour. Billie stars in some very risque scenes in the ITV2 series which include her with another girl and in very naughty situations with her 'clients'. A spokesperson from the series said, "Billie was the prefect casting for this role as she is sexy and versatile and has proven how good an actress she is. The series was always going to cause a stir but that was partly the intention. In a way the fact that so many people are logging on to Billie's scenes from the show is a huge compliment to the series too."  Billie Piper came first to fame as a pop singer at the age of 15 and became the youngest person to get a number one in the UK charts. Since that time she has turned into a very proficient actress, her role in the 2005-06 series of Dr.Who probably being the most known. Billie was born Leanne Paul Piper on September 22, 1982 in Swindon, Wiltshire, England. Billie Piper The Hooker
 After much hype and publicity Billie Piper was on television last night in the ITV2 new series, Secret Diary of a Call Girl.Because of all of the speculation, and hints of naughtiness, male viewers were no doubt glued to the television as Billie played the part of the high class hooker Belle de Jour. It is thought that it attracted the highest number of people ever to an ITV2 programme - mind you, that's not too difficult. Though very 'saucy' in parts some viewers will have no doubt have been disappointed that Billie Piper kept most of her flesh well covered. Will this become a well watched series long term? It's difficult to say. The programme was only half an hour long and nearly 10 minutes of this seem to be advertising. It was difficult for her character to develop, or the storyline for that matter, in such a short time. What Billie did though was nicely acted and she looked great. The jury, as they say, is out.
