 Sienna Miller'A campaign of harassment' is how Sienna Miller's lawyers have described photographers, especially of one photo agency Big Pictures. Legal action is being taken against them by the actress on the grounds that they are guilty of an invasion of privacy and harassment. It is claimed Sienna Miller has been caused, "Substantial alarm, fear and enormous distress." She has been chased when driving and there have allegedly been, "other forms of physical and verbal intimidation or abuse in their attempts to obtain photographs of her". Big Pictures are contesting the allegations. Leona Lewis It is reported that Leona Lewis has been added to the list of singers to perform at the American Music Awards on November 23rd. David Tennant Doctor Who star David Tennant announced at last night's UK National Television Awards that his is quitting the show at the end of next year. Trevor McDonald UK's News At Ten newscaster is leaving the show next month. Mark Austin will take his place. Sir Trevor said, "I've tremendously enjoyed the opportunity to help re-establish News at Ten over the last year and to work alongside Julie Etchingham, who is a fantastically talented journalist, but I've made no secret of the fact that I cannot be in the presenter's chair forever." Noel Gallagher Slags Off England
 He's always had a delicate way with words and now Noel Gallagher has slagged off the England in an interview for Dutch and Belgian television. To quote: "You know England is not that f***ing great, as anybody'll tell you. To live in England is a f***ing s***hole, to be honest. Well, look at it, f***dump!Does he do this for effect or is he simply pig ignorant? He has had to defend controversial remarks on other issues before and said, "People think [I'm] controversial for the answers [I] give to silly questions in interviews, but... I'm not thinking about insulting ... people; I say what I genuinely feel is in my heart. My conscience is clean, d'you know what I mean? Y'know, I'm true to myself — f***k everybody else." Another of Gallagher's gems was to say about Blur's Damon Albarn and Alex James that he hoped, they would, "catch AIDS and die." And we mustn't forget what he said about promotional work, "We’re inherently lazy, you know what I mean? We wanna be getting pissed half the time, and the other f****n’ time we want to be getting f****n’ high.
