| Katie Price It's reported that Katie Price aka Jordan fell down a flight of stairs in Los Angeles and has been rushed to hospital. She was over there for a breast reduction so perhaps this will prevent her toppling over in the future. Her husband is in the UK looking after the kids, so she can't blame him. Sophie Ellis-BextorWell there's a surprise Sophie Ellis-Bextor had a hobby - she collects postage stamps. She reckons if there was a fire or a flood in her house she would grab her photos and her stamp collection before anything else. So rock'n'roll! Kylie Minogue Mini Kylie Minogue is hoping that her appearance in Dr.Who will lead to more acting offers. It's hard to remember that she started out in the soap Neighbours. Jonny Evans The Manchester United footballer, Jonny Evans, quizzed over a rape allegation following the team's Christmas Party has told friends, "I'm innocent." Needless to say manager Alex Ferguson is not a happy man regarding the rumours and goings on at the party. One team member admitted, "He hit the bloody roof." There are sure to be more stories to follow about the goings on. Rhydian Roberts It was pretty obvious he would, but Simon Cowell is signing up Rhydian Roberts for a record deal. Ofcom are looking into the X Factor result that saw Rhydian in second place to Leon. David Gest It looks like David Gest may have to spend Christmas in hospital following a suspected heart attack. He was taken ill yesterday. Mary J. Blige Mary J. Blige has begged Jamie Lynn Spears to be a responsible parent. She said, "Stay strong, baby girl. If that's her choice (to keep the baby), then congratulations. (I) hope she's responsible, and I hope she understands what that brings. You have to change your lifestyle up, so (your children) can look at you as an example. It's all about Mommy being an example, Jamie. That's what it's about." Leon Jackson X Factor Winner
![]() Well there we go! Leon Jackson won the UK X Factor last night over Rhydian Roberts by a 1% margin, with Same Difference third. The result was a bit of a surprise, to say the least, The show turning into a Scotland v Wales v England probably helped him no end. Rhydian was by far the best singer, but like all of these sort of reality votes, the best at anything doesn't always matter. Leon said, "It's not real. It just means the world to pursue this because I love singing. I knew I could change my mum's life and I've just done it." He now has a good chance of being number one in the UK charts with 'When You Believe'. The spokesperson for bookmakers Ladbrokes said, "Leon's win is the biggest shock in the history of reality TV betting. He will definitely be top of our Christmas card list." So it was a right result for some! Labels: Leon Jackson, Rhydian Roberts, Same Difference, X Factor |

Will Same Difference Win X Factor?
It's the final of the UK's X Factor tonight and the bookies have Rhydian Roberts as the favourite to clinch the £1 million recording contract. He is 1/3 on to win with Same Difference and Leon Jackson both at 9/2.It looks therefore to be a forgone conclusion but things don't always go according to plan. Late money is being placed on Same Difference - the children's favourite - so there could be an upset. Personally we'd like Same Difference to win just to spite Louis Walsh - his face would be a picture! Tonight the finalists will also be doing duets with Kylie Minogue, Katherine Jenkins and Jason Donovan. It's pretty obvious who will sing with who. Kylie with Leon, Katherine with Rhydian and Jason with Sean and Sarah.Regarding the result the spokesperson from Ladbrokes bookmakers said, "Current favourite Rhydian is more vulnerable than Leona was last year and punters are beginning to sense an upset." Should be an interesting final. Labels: Leon Jackson, Rhydian Roberts, Same Difference, X Factor |

Leona LewisLast years X-factor winner, Leona Lewis went straight in at number one in the official UK singles chart with her 'Bleeding Love'. Bleeding Love became the fastest selling single in the UK for this year and easily left Take That's offering trailing well behind. Leona's single hit sales of over 218,000. Patsy Palmer The character of Bianca Jackson is to be resurrected by Patsy Palmer for the Eastenders UK soap. Bianca is set to move back into Albert Square some eight years after leaving. She will be seen next March and Patsy starts filming in January. Patsy said, "I'm really excited about rejoining the cast and working with old friends again". I can't wait to explore what Bianca has been doing with her life and seeing what she is going to get up to next." Porter Wagoner The country singer Porter Wagoner died yesterday in the Alive Hospice in Nashville. He was 80 and had been in hospital for several days with lung cancer. He was a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame and won three Country Music Association Awards for songs with Dolly Parton. Bianca Gascoigne Model Bianca Gascoigne, step daughter of the ex England footballer, Paul Gascoigne, is 21 today. Joey Chestnut I guess it takes all sorts to gain celebrity status. Joey Chestnut did this by downing 103 hamburgers in eight minutes. This made the 23 year old a record holder and also a winner of $10,000. This all happened in Chattanooga and the bloke from Krystal Burgers said, "We never thought we'd see someone anywhere near, let alone past, the century mark when we started the Krystal Square Off in 2004," Rhydian Roberts The UK X-Factor contestant, the strange Rhydian Roberts, has been talking about the judges and is quoted as saying, "Imagine working with Sharon (Osbourne)? You just have to speak to the girls in her group. She never got in touch with them." (This was following the equally strange Sharon walking out of X Factor and, of course, returning). Rhydian went on to say, "Let's be honest, how much do these these judges give a sh**? I think Dannii (Minogue) does because it's a big gig for her and she wants it next year. But the others have money pouring out of their sweat." Guess this will have made him much more popular with the judges! Gabby Logan Tears for Gabby Logan as she was booted off Come Strictly Dancing. She was one of the favourites to win. This has had cries of 'Fix' and moans about the new voting system. Is it a popularity competition or one for dancing skills? Not sure if the BBC are really too sure either. I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. News and gossip about the coming I'm A Celebrity. UK X Factor Gossip
Dannii MinogueIt seems that Dannii Minogue has an X Factor contestant admirer. Or perhaps it's more than this. The gruesome Rhydian Roberts is telling friends 'it could be love'. As if! Everyone at Boot Camp finds Roberts' interest in Dannii very entertaining as it's so obvious that she isn't the least bit attracted to the man about whom Sharon Osborne said, "I want to throw things at him. He's revolting." Simon Cowell The buzz is that X Factor is fixed - which is pretty well a nonsense. It's said that Simon Cowell has it all wrapped up with the group Hope and he is giving them special treatment. The manufactured group aren't exactly flavour of the week amongst the other contestants. But as for a fix - no way. Louis Walsh He's not happy that he's got the over 25's to mentor and even said to them, "I didn't want you." Tough! What's the matter with this bloke, it's a competition. He's got to get on with it and stop moaning. Surely he didn't expect Simon to get them - get real! Sharon Osbourne And she's not happy either that she's got the girls. Sharon has even been quoted as being 'furious' as she is desperate to win this year for the first time. It is generally felt that the girls are the weaker section. Dannii Minogue again At least Dannii is satisfied that she's got the boys to handle. She's 'over the moon' at the thought and the boys aren't exactly disappointed. Like Rhydian Roberts, several fancy her but Danni wants a winner not a toyboy - probably!
