Police Charge Boy George With False Imprisonment
Boy George was charged yesterday by police with false imprisonment. It is alleged that he chained a man to the wall of his house in London. He was released on bail and will appear in court on November 22nd. The man he allegedly chained was a male escort, Auden Karlsen, aged 28. According to what Karlsen told the Sun newspaper he met Boy George on the website Gaydar and went to his home as a 'photographic model'. The story is that George and another man then 'pounced after taking a few snaps'. It is said that whips and sex toys were produced and he was told, "Now you'll get what you deserve". Somehow Karlsen escaped but said, "I was convinced I was going to die". Boy George was charged under his real name of George O'Dowd.
