 This is Rhianna yesterday meeting her fans at the Island Def Jam & Escada Moon Sparkle's A Girl's Night Out in New York City. The event was in support of Rihanna's Believe charity. The charity is all about 'assisting terminally ill children worldwide. Its mission is to assist and inspire children who suffer from life-threatening diseases including cancer, leukemia and AIDS.'
