Chantelle Houghton And Her Fake Big Brother Marriage
 I wrote a few days ago of how Big Brother is, in the majority, one big fake. At the time I was talking about the Dale Howard and Jennifer Clark supposed relationship.Here's yet another example of how viewers and fans of BB (UK version) are taken for a ride. Remember the Chantelle Houghton and Preston marriage? It was a sham and saying this is Chantelle herself. Chantelle has admitted to Piers Morgan how, 'Preston never wanted to marry me.' During the ceremony, 'He took the pee. I tried to keep a straight face but I thought he was being weird ... We did interviews where we told everyone how happy we were. I lied about being happy.' Chantelle went on to say, "I feel bad for my mum. I'm her only daughter and I wanted her to be proud of me." Big Brother contestants are manipulated, often it must be said willingly, for their fifteen minutes of fame and promises of cash. As for Chantelle she's changed into an inferior version of Kate Price: all boobs and orange tan. One day she'll realise that the illusion of being a celebrity isn't always all it's cracked up to be. Dale Howard and Jennifer Clark Accuse Each Other Of Being Money Grabbers
 Let's face it Big Brother is, in the majority, one big fake. It's manipulated by the show's makers and even the housemates themselves to a lesser degree. It's whole purpose is to be a money making machine for the show itself, the media - especially some of the tabloids, the contestants and those who control what they do on leaving the house.We told you, for example, on August the 11th that the relationship of the two UK housemates Dale Howard and Jennifer Clark was a fake and said it wouldn't last. On the 5th of September this was proved to be true. Today, however, Dale Howard has admitted about the so called relationship with Jen, "I was like 'You don't really want to be with me do you? You're just in this for the money.' She replie: 'You didn't honestly think it would last, did you?' She was properly getting naked to make money off me."  "Ah, poor naive Dale", you might say but think again. Jennifer Clark hits back by saying, "Dale played me from the beginning. He is the one obsessed with money."The truth is, of course, that both Dale and Jennifer were in it for the money and perhaps hopefully a bit of fame and celebrity status as well. When Big Brother first started, nine shows back, it was a bit of an experiment to see how people react to each other over a period of time in a confined, regulated space. Everyone associated with the show soon realised that there was more to it than this - money. The public at large are being taken as mugs, no wonder viewing figures are dropping off with every series. It needs to change radically to recapture the original interest. Dale Howard And Jennifer Clark Fake Relationship Is Over
 We told you it was a fake!Today's Daily Star reports that: 'Dale Howard has sensationally dumped Jennifer Clark.' These were the Big Brother couple supposedly in love etc. etc.  In our post Fake Relationship Of Dale Howard And Jennifer Clark we said, "The fake romance will run for a while as they are a good looking couple. Long enough, that is, to make some cash and then a revelation will pop up that they have split." So much of the outer reaches of the celebrity world is fake and made up by those with a financial interest for a story, whether true or not. This is just another example. As for this years Big Brother 9 it has basically been a flop with the lowest viewing figures for any UK BB series. Tonight is the final but few are interested in who wins. None of the housemates have any real appeal. The winner will be the best of a poor bunch. According to the bookies Mikey is still favourite but an independent Internet poll has Rachel in front. It will be close as to who gets the £100,000. If we are honest, and not PC, if Mikey does win it won't be because he has been the best housemate - enough said.  The only contestant who has any hope of making his way in the celeb world after BB is Rex, and he's not particularly likable. But at least he's able to string a few coherent words together and has a marketable skill as a chef.Nearly forgot, going back to the Dale Howard and Jennifer Clark romance, the Star reckons Dale is now interested in Chantelle Houghton! The Fake Relationship Of Dale Howard And Jennifer Clark
 It's a fake! This supposed love or relationship between Big Brother evictees Dale Howard and Jennifer Clark.The Daily Star front page today screams 'Our Nights Of Love' and has an 'exclusive' story about Dale and Jen. Though Jennifer is quoted as saying, "We were up all night. It was absolute bliss being back with Dale," it's a relationship created for a magazine deal and for money.  In reality, after the eviction, Dale spent time with his real girlfriend Aimee Williams, who has previously said that the couple are, "completely and utterly in love."As for Jennifer she was driven to the studio by her husband Dave Clark. The Daily Star has photos of the happy couple after their 'nights of passion' but they are so staged it's unbelievable. The paper say they 'stepped in to play Cupid ... and got the couple together in a luxury hotel in a secret location in London'. The fake romance will run for a while as they are a good looking couple. Big Brother Photos Update Dale Howard is the new Head of House and must be one of the favourites to win Big Brother 9. The questions though has to be: Do many people really care? Ratings for the programme are down and the format looks very tired and old hat at the moment. BB got dumped in Australia after dismal viewing figures. For some inexplicable reason Kathreya is still favourite with the bookies to win, followed by Luke and Dale. Evicted Jennifer is seeking publicity by saying how much she fancies Dale. Jen said, "I’ve thought about when I’m first going to kiss him (Dale). He asked me if I’ll be at his eviction or winning night so it could be there. I think he’s going to be a good kisser. Big Brother Housemates: First Impressions
 I guess we can't just ignore it. Love it or hate it UK's Big Brother is back, It all kicked off last night. Presenter Davina McCall started with the message, 'Release the Freaks.' Let's hope she's including herself in this category. She's now turned into a gurning parody of herself, time for her to be pensioned off. Okay, there are 16 hopefuls. What's this thing though about some of their religions? A Christian we are told, a Catholic, a Muslim, a Buddhist. So what? Here's a few first impressions on the line up. Big Brother 2008 Line Up as they appeared.  Mario Marconi and Lisa AppletonWe have barrel chested Mario, 42, (think Rocky) together with the artificially inflated chest of Lisa, 40. They are a couple who obviously are in the last chance saloon. He's had 200 lovers she's been on TV in Body Heat. Bookmakers favourites to be evicted first. Luke Marsden Doesn't swear, doesn't drink wears a suit to empower himself (therefore lacks confidence?) Wimp, 20, comes to mind.  Stephanie McMichaelThe girl who got the publicity before the start because of a supposed leak. Desperate to become a celebrity and/or famous. She was kicked out of Popstars: The Rivals because she was just 13, now she's all grown up at 19. Rachel Rice Beauty Queen, well there had to be one. She's a trainee teacher, age 24, and has been in 22 commercials. Oh and she's a Catholic, a very talkative one at that. Dale Howard The good looking one for the girls, He reckons he's a 10 out of 10 and loves fit girls - what a surprise. Could be a possible winner. Age 21. Sylvia Barrie Supposedly a devout Christian, 21, originally from Sierra Leone. Attractive, another one who could be a favourite. Dennis McHugh Immediately thought: Perez Hilton! A flamboyant dancer, let's hope there are lots of mirrors in the house for him. He's 21 Michael Hughes Likes to be called Mikey, 33. He's the blind contestant who was leaked to the press beforehand. Seems he likes to to do stand up comedy wearing women's clothes. Laugh? Let's hope he is, as so far doesn't appear very interesting. Alexandra De-Gale She's the Islam convert. Not sure why this is important but it keeps on being stressed. She gives herself 10 out of 10 for looks - yawn! Let's hope she dresses appropriately. Rex Newmark He's a well off chef and business man, 24, who loves food, who would have guessed. He's 24 a bit of a show off but is secretly shy. Mohamed Mohamed Born in Somalia, 23, with afro hair style. Otherwise didn't make much of an initial impression. Rebecca Shiner Vicky Pollard on speed. Artificially screams and giggles, desperate to be seen as fun. Could soon become very annoying as she likes to call herself 'The Bex'. Yuk! Darnell Swallow It seems it's important to mention he's an albino. So what? Claims never to have watched Big Brother before - yea, right. He's 26.  Jennifer ClarkLooks a bit like Cheryl Cole so the other girls might just hate her. She's 22, a part time model and is opinionated on: immigration, vegetarianism etc. etc. And what's more she's psychic so knows the BB winner already. Kathreya Kasisopa She's the Buddhist, age 30, originally from Thailand. She could go one of two ways: either be as irritating as hell or lots of fun. She does massage therapy and loves cookies - good qualifications for BB. That's it. There is a Secret Task. Mario and Stephanie have to pretend to be a couple. Obviously Lisa is in on and this and so is Luke. And what's more BB will make the made up couple wed on Sunday. If the four convince the others then they won't be up for the first eviction. If the others work out the secret - and Mario and Steph aren't a very convincing couple - then the four will be up for eviction by themselves.
