| Paul McCartney It appears that Sir Paul McCartney underwent a secret heart operation late last year - a coronary angioplasty to be exact. A spokesperson for Paul admitted this and said, "It was a routine medical operation."  Jennifer HudsonShe's got an Oscar - Jennifer Hudson that is - but she won't be happy until she also has a Grammy. She said, "I get to sing this year. I love acting and I hope I don't ever have to choose between acting and singing, but singing is what I worked 17 years to do. That's what I dreamed of. And I get to do it this year." Lee Ryan Singer Lee Ryan, late of Blue, was arrested New Year's Eve after allegedly attacking a taxi driver. A formal police statement stated: "A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault then bailed pending inquiries."  Nicolette SheridanAh, the secret of romance. Nicolette Sheridan reckons her romance with Michael Bolton was boosted by Scrabble! In her words, "We have always been an inspiration for one another and had this deep love, even when we were apart as friends. We had an ongoing Scrabble tournament by email for close on two decades. I won the last five games in a row." Big Brother Oh dear a version of Big Brother is starting tomorrow on UK television on Channel 4. This time it's called Big Brother: Celebrity Hijack. Things are rumoured not to be going exactly to plan at the moment. Still they've got a day to sort it out. Ken Dodd The 80 year old British comedian Ken Dodd is in hospital following an emergency hernia operation. As Ken might say: What a marvellous day for chucking a tin of whitewash over a pigeon and saying, 'There, how do YOU like that?' Okay, it's not funny to everyone but we wish him well. | Conrad Hilton Paris Hilton's grandfather, Barron Hilton, has announced plans to donate 97% of his $2 billion plus fortune to charity through his foundation. The chain of hotels was started by Conrad Hilton in 1919 when he bough a small hotel in Cisco, Texas. Steven Hilton said, "Speaking for the family as well as the foundation, we are all exceedingly proud and grateful for this extraordinary commitment." Trust that Paris feels the same!  Nicolette SheridanDesperate Housewife Nicolette Sheridan has been roughing life on the Caribbean Island of St Bart with Michael Bolton. She enjoyed herself so much that she gave photographers an eyeful when she popped out of her red bikini top - see photo on right. She is 44 and is looking good. Brendan Fraser Brendan Fraser, Star of George of the Jungle (which coincidentally is on UK BBC television at this precise moment), has said that he and his wife of nine years, Afton, are ending their marriage. They have three children and say that 'they continue to maintain a close and caring friendship.' Lucy Pinder The UK glamour girl Lucy Pinder has signed a six figure contract with Television X to present their adult entertainment every night - Sky 903, 905 and 913. Her claim to fame? 32G!
